• Payment information processed securely via Stripe (we never store your card details)
• Photos and videos taken during grave-care visits, shared with you and, unless you request otherwise, used in our before/after gallery with names blurred
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, for improving the website

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and carry out the grave care services you request
• To send you photo, video, and status updates about each visit
• To respond to enquiries sent via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form
• To process payments for packages and one-time visits
• To improve our website and services

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments) strictly to the extent needed to deliver our services.

Photos and the Public Gallery

Grave photos shared publicly on our before/after gallery or community feed have identifying names blurred. If you would prefer your family's photos are not shown publicly, simply tell us and we will keep them private.
