Qabar Cares provides grave cleaning, restoration, and maintenance services on a best-effort, physical, on-site basis. Results depend on the existing condition of the grave, headstone material, and weather conditions at the time of the visit.
Some services (such as clay layering, flowering, and rain cover placement) are affected by monsoon rain, extreme heat, or restricted graveyard access. We will do our best to reschedule where conditions prevent safe or effective work.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage to headstones, or for damage/vandalism caused by third parties, animals, or natural events between visits.
Before-and-after photos and videos are provided as evidence of the work completed and for your peace of mind. Lighting and camera conditions may vary between visits.
Grave sites are exposed to the elements year-round. Cleaning, clay layering, weeding and similar services provide a fresh, well-kept condition at the time of the visit, but regrowth of grass/weeds or re-staining of stone naturally occurs over time — this is why we offer recurring packages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qabar Cares' liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
